Rebecca brings over 16 years' experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution and financial services regulation. She advises clients on complex matters across areas including financial services, directors' duties, corporations matters, fraud, insolvency, regulatory investigations and remediation.
She has deep expertise across the financial services industry, acting on customer disputes and complaints, fraud and scam matters, regulatory compliance issues, remediation programs, security enforcement and insolvency litigation. Rebecca is trusted to guide clients through sensitive, high-risk situations, delivering strategic and commercially focused advice that aligns with regulatory expectations.
She works closely with regulators and has significant experience responding to regulatory notices and investigations.
