Biography
Rebecca has deep property expertise across acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial and retail assets, complex title structuring, major development projects, leasing, easements and broader advisory work. She acts for a number of developers, institutions, NSW Government agencies, national retailers and high net worth clients.
she has over 20 years’ experience advising on all matters across the full property lifecycle. She works on capital transactions across major asset classes, leasing (commercial, industrial and retail), large‑scale developments and land subdivisions, complex titling and easement matters, and property‑related disputes.

Advised on the $180m acquisition of the iconic harbourside InterContinental Sydney Double Bay Hotel from Shanghai United, including managing the various teams advising on the sale of the hotel business and assets, carpark and co-located retail premises and the transfer of the hotel management. -
NSW Department of Education
Acted on various Project Development Agreements and long-term Licences for the development of various multi-purpose facilities including sports centres, a performing arts centre, carparks and associated facilities on school land owned by the NSW Government. -
NSW Department of Education
Advised on all property-related aspects of the joint development with the City of Sydney of the Green Square Public School and Community Spaces, including the Project Development Agreement, Building Management Statement and other project-related documentation. -
Penrith City Council
Advised on the Project Delivery Agreement with Frasers for its proposed Penrith CBD revitalisation project comprising residential buildings, a car park and community facilities with an estimated project value of over $900m. -
Bridgestone Projects
Acted on the site acquisition, subdivision, titling documentation and off-the-plan sale of lots in ‘Chateau’, a mixed-use development in north-western Sydney with a project value of $280m. -

Advised on the negotiation of the long-term advertising rights for a Sydney motorway against the toll road operator, including the on-licensing of those rights. -
