Rebecca has more than 13 years' experience advising clients across all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions, development projects and leasing matters.
Specialising in residential and mixed-use developments, property acquisitions and disposals, and retail, commercial and industrial leasing, she acts for developers, investors, property owners and corporate clients throughout the full lifecycle of property assets.
Having spent her entire career working within the property sector, Rebecca has developed a deep understanding of the commercial and practical considerations that drive successful property transactions.
She manages large-scale mixed-use developments and is experienced in overseeing high volumes of transactions across multiple development sites simultaneously.
In the leasing space, Rebecca advises landlords and developers on a broad range of retail, commercial and industrial leasing matters. She has broad experience in advising on and negotiating complex Commonwealth National Leasing Suites for lease matters involving Commonwealth entities.
