Rebecca acts for clients on complex commercial property law transactions, acting on major asset acquisitions and disposals, large scale portfolio deals, and structured leaseback arrangements. She works with institutional landlords, developers and fund managers, providing end-to-end support from due diligence through to contract negotiation and completion.
Her experience covers retail, commercial and industrial sectors, including significant redevelopment projects, build-to-rent initiatives and national property portfolios. Rebecca’s regularly negotiates complex transaction documents and navigates detailed regulatory frameworks, with expertise in structured development agreements, fund-through arrangements and long-term leasebacks across healthcare, retail and industrial assets, ensuring seamless execution of transactions.
