Biography
Sarah has over 30 years’ experience working with employers to manage conduct and performance issues, employment and contractor agreements, workplace policies and procedures, work health and safety, workers’ compensation claims, investigations, discrimination, bullying and harassment, as well as unfair dismissal and general protection claims.
Throughout her career, Sarah has acted for clients in the public and private sector, across a variety of industries including property, construction, health and aged care, education, manufacturing and professional services. Sarah’s ability to combine legal precision with commercial insight ensures her clients receive practical, outcome focused advice.

Advised on an independent review of investigations undertaken by Ethics & Integrity to evaluate the investigation process and outcomes by reference to Council policies and procedures, procedural fairness, conflicts of interest and evaluation of the evidence upon which the findings were based. -

Advised on an investigation into allegations of bullying, harassment and discrimination, including recommendations on internal management of the complaint and associated workplace culture issues. -

Assisted HR managers overseas to manage and resolve sexual harassment and victimisation complaint to the Australian Human Rights Commission. -
