Savannah provides strategic advice on trade marks, copyright and designs, and acts in disputes involving passing off, misleading and deceptive conduct, trade secrets and misuse of confidential information.
She manages trade mark and registered design portfolios for leading Australian and international brands, and advises on licensing, commercialisation and collaboration strategies. Savannah works with clients across a range of sectors including FMCG, fashion, retail, construction and technology.
