Shantal is a highly experienced project finance specialist who advises major banks, fund managers and private lenders on complex structured finance transactions. She works closely with financiers to design and implement sophisticated debt structures, providing clear strategic guidance and drafting tailored facility and security documentation that aligns with each lender’s commercial objectives and risk profile.
Shantal’s experience extends across major project finance, real estate and construction finance, agribusiness, health and aged care, childcare, tourism and hospitality, and management rights. She also has deep capability in workouts, restructures and security enforcement. She advises financiers on pre‑enforcement strategy and post‑enforcement processes, working closely with receivers and managers to protect lender interests and maximise recoveries.
