Meet our People

Terri is the Chief Executive Officer of the Gadens Brisbane and Adelaide partnership and is responsible for maximising successful leadership and management initiatives within the Firm. Her position serves as a senior professional leader, Board member and Executive Officer to the National Board, working closely with the Chairman on successful delivery of key strategic initiatives aligned to the Firm’s strategy; leading the Executive Management team and business functions.

Terri has held senior national management roles across the legal, consulting, finance, energy and mining sectors including DLA Piper, Holding Redlich, Gadens, QSuper Limited, Stanwell Corporation Limited, and Sinclair Knight Merz (now Jacobs). She has led and engaged others through change in complex and high performance environments, with particular experience in professional legal talent consulting and strategies, workforce capability, organisational development, policy frameworks, project management, and strategic planning.

Academically, she has completed a Bachelor of Business (HRM) and Masters of Business Administration (Corporate Governance & Strategy). Terri is a Graduate and Member of the AICD, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, member of the Diversity Council Australia and Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
