Timothy advises corporates and individuals on complex commercial disputes and regulatory investigations, guiding clients through litigation, inquiries and enforcement matters involving Australia’s key regulators.
Biography
Timothy represents clients in commercial litigation and contentious regulatory and corporate investigations. He is experienced in financial services, directors’ duties, professional negligence, taxation disputes and other Corporations Act matters.
He advises on inquiries, investigations and proceedings involving regulators such as ASIC, ATO and the CDPP. He supports clients through sensitive and high-stakes proceedings, from investigations and document production through to strategy, advocacy support and resolution.
Before joining Gadens, Timothy served as Associate to Judge Gibb in the District Court of New South Wales and assisted former Chief Judge in Equity of the Supreme Court of NSW, Justice Bergin SC, in a judicial inquiry.
