Biography
Vaughan brings over 25 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, gained at top-tier firms and in-house roles in Australia and the United States. His practice spans mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, joint ventures, and business separations, as well as general corporate advisory work.
He manages and closes multi-million-dollar domestic and cross-border deals across diverse industries. His deep expertise enables him to provide strategic, commercially driven advice that supports clients' growth and innovation objectives.
Before joining the firm, Vaughan served as senior M&A counsel at ANZ, where he led significant transactions including the establishment of ANZ's corporate venture capital arm and major divestments. Earlier in his career, he worked as a senior associate in New York and held in-house positions at National Australia Bank, General Motors and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
