Biography
Yangmin guides clients on a range of property development, leasing and transactional matters. He works on large scale commercial leasing, acquisitions and divestments across a number of asset classes.
Prior to joining the firm, Yangmin worked in senior in‑house legal roles for more than 12 years, managing national retail leasing for over 25 centres and steering divestment programs exceeding $1bn across four states.
Yangmin acts on major commercial and retail divestments, as well as the acquisition of greenfield sites and active assets at various stages of development. His breadth of experience enables him to navigate intricate legal and commercial issues, delivering strategic solutions that drive results.
