How we can help
We act for domestic and offshore investors, developers, superannuation funds, private capital and lenders on the acquisition, development and disposal of commercial, retail, industrial, residential, agribusiness and alternative assets. From establishing the optimal holding, joint venture or option framework through to due diligence, documentation, negotiation and settlement.
Our team leads complex transactions, including off‑market sales, portfolio transactions and staged acquisitions. We prepare and negotiate contracts for sale, put and call options, development agreements, joint venture and co‑ownership arrangements, leasing frameworks and ancillary documentation. Where assets are income‑producing or transitional, we assess and manage leasing risk to protect value at completion.
We work closely with finance specialists ensuring title, security, leasing and structuring issues align with funding requirements. Where projects involve development risk or approvals pathways, we integrate seamlessly with construction and planning specialists, without duplicating their roles, so property strategy remains commercially coherent from acquisition to exit.
