How we can help
We help boards, financiers, investors and restructuring practitioners manage risk, set direction early and execute with confidence when outcomes matter most.
Our team advises across the full lifecycle of restructuring and insolvency matters, including informal restructures and workouts, safe harbour mandates, voluntary administrations, receiverships, schemes of arrangement, deeds of company arrangement, liquidations, security enforcement and insolvency‑related litigation. We are frequently engaged on matters involving multiple stakeholders, competing interests and parallel processes, requiring disciplined and nuanced judgment and steady execution under pressure.
We act for major Australian banks, a range of domestic and offshore financiers, and leading restructuring practitioners. All our restructuring and insolvency partners possess specialist expertise grounded in real‑world appointments and complex restructures.
Clients rely on our integrated approach across banking and finance, corporate, litigation and employment to reduce execution risk and accelerate decision‑making.
