With more than 19 years’ experience, Lynda is a seasoned corporate specialist advising on complex deals, public and private M&A, fundraising, corporate disputes and shareholder activism.

Lynda works with clients across various industries including funds management, logistics, health sciences, and a variety of other corporate sectors extending from boutique investment houses through to ASX-listed entities and global corporations.

Beginning her career at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), Lynda has a strong grounding in financial regulation, bringing sharp insight to her clients’ most complex matters. She advises on public and private mergers and acquisitions, financial services regulation, corporate governance, equity capital markets, and fund structuring and management. Known for her clear outcome-focus in approach, Lynda has also led large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with complex stakeholder and compliance considerations.
