Shaun has deep expertise in property, infrastructure and land access matters, advising on complex projects across energy, resources, government and commercial development.

He has extensive experience across leasing, acquisitions and disposals, commercial and mixed‑use development, project‑specific tenure and joint venture arrangements. Shaun is particularly recognised for his work on infrastructure and renewable energy projects, including advising on statutory land access frameworks, Crown land tenure and compulsory acquisition regimes.

He acts for government agencies, utilities, developers and institutional investors on some of Australia’s most complex property matters.

Shaun is a practical and commercially minded lawyer who brings valuable in‑house perspective through secondments with clients operating in infrastructure, gas, rail, electricity and public sector.
