Tamara is a partner of Lavan, an independent law firm in Perth operating in association with Gadens.

Tamara specialises in the sale and purchase of property assets, due diligence, subdivisions, land development and project management agreements.

Tamara acts for a wide range of clients including overseas investors, developers, private equity and government bodies, major corporations and high net worth individuals.

Tamara has significant experience in property developments and commercial negotiations and has been involved in a number of key projects in Western Australia for leading property developers.

Tamara is also experienced in commercial dispute resolution and has negotiated successful outcomes in contractual and property disputes.

Tamara was recognised in the Doyle’s Guide for Property and Real Estate Law in 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 and Leasing Law in 2019 and 2020. She was recognised in Best Lawyers in Australia for Real Property Law and Leasing Law in 2020 and 2021. Tamara was awarded the UDIA WA & Frasers Property Women in Leadership Award in 2017 and in 2008 was the winner of the Property Council of Australia’s Young Achiever of the Year Award.
