Luvisa has over 20 years’ experience in technology law, general commercial, project management, risk mitigation and dispute resolution gained in top tier legal firms and as in-house legal counsel in London, New York and Australia. Luvisa worked for Milbank, Tweed Hadley & McCloy in New York and London. She has been in-house Legal Counsel at Deloitte Consulting (UK), undertook a secondment to Goldman Sachs London, and was General Counsel at a leading UK e-commerce retailer. More recently, Luvisa was the lead lawyer for software licensing, hardware, reseller, consulting, ASP contracts, transformation, hosted solutions, cloud, and App developments across the entire Suncorp Group, including General Insurance, Commercial Insurance and Suncorp Bank. Luvisa has also been an Adjunct Lecturer at the College of Law, is a Board Member and Councillor of the State Library of Queensland, Queensland Library Foundation and the Director of a private mortgage and investment fund.
