Isabella specialises in corporate and institutional finance, advising borrowers, lenders and project sponsors on a wide range of lending transactions. She has particular experience in property (investment and construction), acquisition and general corporate finance.

Her expertise covers all layers of the capital structure including senior, mezzanine, subordinated debt and preferred equity. Isabella regularly advises on intercreditor and priority agreements, complex due diligence, cross-border financing matters and unique security documentation.

Isabella also assists clients with matters involving distressed assets and financial restructurings.
