The PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne Hotel boasts a community-based living concept, with 250 guest rooms and suites located at the heart of the education, medicine, research and science precincts, and within close proximity to Monash University’s Clayton Campus, Monash Medical Centre and CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation). The hotel forms part of M-City Monash, the largest mixed-used development dubbed as a ‘mini city’ serving as the new gateway to Melbourne’s South East Growth Corridor.
Gadens assisted in negotiating the underlying agreements in relation to the PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne Hotel for PPHRA, which involved a Hotel Management Agreement, and associated agreements including IP licensing and marketing services. Additionally, the Property Team at Gadens were involved in liquor licensing aspects on behalf of PPHRA.
