National firm Gadens has appointed Kathy Merrick as a Partner in its Disputes Team in Sydney. Kathy joins Gadens from Henry Davis York where she was a Partner and Practice Leader in their Corporate & Regulatory Investigations & Disputes Team. As a highly regarded practitioner, Kathy brings market-leading expertise in corporate and commercial litigation, dispute resolution and regulatory investigations.
Kathy’s appointment follows the recent announcements that Brett Feltham (Employment Advisory) and James Roland (Banking & Finance) have joined Gadens as partners in Sydney. Also joining Gadens with Kathy are Jade Matthews (Senior Associate) and Phoebe Brosnan (Lawyer).
