Amber is a partner of Lavan, an independent law firm in Perth operating in association with Gadens.

Amber Crosthwaite is an experienced commercial lawyer specialising in seniors living, aged care and disability. She provides legal advice to:

• operators of retirement villages and other seniors living environments;
• approved providers of residential aged care and home care/community care;
• disability service providers (including NDIS registered providers); and
• property developers of seniors living environments (aged care, retirement villages, lifestyle villages etc) and Specialist Disability Accommodation.

Amber works across the seniors living, aged care and disability sectors but has a particular focus on regulatory compliance, royal commission work, sales and acquisitions and property development.

Amber has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a pre-eminent lawyer in Health and Aged Care and is a member of the Property Council’s Retirement Living Committee for Western Australia.
