Anders has over 25 years’ experience as a corporate and finance lawyer, gained in top tier firms in Australia and Bermuda.

His transaction experience is broad, and includes aircraft and other equipment financing, securitisation, syndicated loans, energy and resources project financing and property development financing. Many of these transactions involved assets and parties located in several jurisdictions.

Anders completed an MBA (summa cum laude) and a finance degree (GCCom) at the University of Queensland, both of which assist him in better understanding clients’ business and commercial objectives.
