Audrey has extensive experience acting for a range of clients in the real estate industry, with particular focus on the acquisition, development, leasing and divestment of major commercial property assets including office premises, retail shopping centres and social infrastructure.
Her real estate experience has been developed as a result of acting for and against many of Australia’s leading property developers, institutional landlords, retailers, professional service providers and financial instructions across all Australian states and territories. Audrey also has particular experience in drafting and advising on complex development and project management agreements, joint venture agreements and co-ownership agreements.
Audrey is a dual-qualified lawyer in Australia and Ireland and has practised in both jurisdictions. She is well positioned to assist Irish-based clients investing in Australia, providing strategic advice and legal support for transactions in the Australian market.
