Clementine has a broad range of experience specialising in all aspects of restructuring, turnaround and insolvency. She regularly advises banks, debt funds, corporates, and insolvency practitioners in relation to all aspects of finance and insolvency law including safe harbour appointments, informal and formal restructurings (including refinancings, informal workouts, DOCAs and schemes of arrangement) as well as secured debt recovery. Clementine also has significant expertise in all aspects of personal property securities (PPS) law in Australia.

Clementine has worked at a top tier firm and in house at National Australia Bank with highly experienced practitioners and counsel on a number of high profile matters.

Clementine was named Women’s Insolvency Network Australia’s (WINA) 2022 Rising Star in the Insolvency / Restructuring Industry as a result of her work on several large restructuring matters in recent years.
