Danny is a highly regarded corporate and commercial lawyer with over 30 years’ experience advising both Australian and international clients on complex legal and strategic matters.

Danny specialises in public and private M&A, proxy contests, board advisory, corporate governance and corporate disputes. Danny also advises several prominent family offices. Known for his clarity of advice and strategic approach, Danny regularly supports clients on sensitive and high stakes matters.

Danny has held senior leadership roles throughout his career, including as a founding partner Chang, Pistilli & Simmons, a founding partner of Clifford Chance in Sydney (where he also served as Head of Corporate) and a Partner at PwC.
