Gerard offers depth of experience across all areas of commercial litigation with particular emphasis on contractual disputes, insolvency and competition and consumer law.

Gerard acts and advises in connection with commercial matters across areas including contract, corporations law, insolvency, equity and trusts, property law and estates. His experience includes advising in relation to complex and highly sensitive matters, including the highly-publicised Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.
