Kiri is a trusted advisor with over 20 years of experience guiding organisations through workplace relations, safety governance and complex regulatory risk. She works closely with boards and senior executives, providing practical and commercially focused advice on managing WHS obligations and implementing effective governance systems that support safer, more resilient workplaces.

Kiri has significant experience in responding to workplace incidents and fatalities, assisting clients through investigations, regulator and stakeholder engagement and improvement and prohibition notice processes. She also advises on designing and embedding robust safety frameworks, officer due diligence programs and assurance models that strengthen organisational oversight.

A key focus of Kiri’s practice is psychosocial risk management. She helps organisations navigate evolving WHS obligations and resolve sensitive workplace issues involving mental health, bullying, sexual harassment, whistleblower concerns and organisational change. Her experience includes successfully defending corporate entities, officers and individuals in WHS prosecutions across multiple Australian jurisdictions, ensuring strong representation and constructive outcomes.

Kiri also supports clients involved in coronial investigations and inquests arising from workplace fatalities, guiding them through each stage of the process with clarity and care. Her practice spans the full spectrum of workplace matters, including industrial disputes, workplace investigations, regulatory enforcement and broader safety strategy.

Kiri was named a Next Generation Partner in the Legal 500 2024 Asia Pacific Guide for Labour and employment: workplace and employment: workplace health and safety. She is also a respected presenter, regularly delivering presentations on developments in employment and WHS legislation, and is known for translating complex regulatory change into practical guidance.
