Michael is a Special Counsel in the Disputes and Investigations Group specialising in disputes relating to directors and shareholders, construction, commercial contracts, professional negligence, property, intellectual property and workplace relations. He has also acted for insurers in complex professional indemnity claims.
Michael has been heavily involved in some of Australia’s most high-profile disputes.
