Savannah specialises in the protection, management, exploitation and enforcement of IP rights including trade marks, copyright and designs.

Recognised as an experienced practitioner, she provides advice and handles disputes regarding IP rights, passing off, misleading and deceptive conduct, trade secrets and the misuse of confidential information. Savannah also manages trade mark and registered design portfolios for both Australian and global businesses. She acts for a range of clients including brand owners, designers and retailers in the fashion, footwear, furniture, lighting and homewares industries. In addition, she regularly acts for a range of architects, designer builders and technology companies.

In 2021, 2022, and 2023 Savannah was nominated and selected as a Notable Practitioner in Managing IP magazine’s ‘IP Stars’ rankings.
