Tamara Arapovic is a partner of Lavan, an independent law firm in Perth operating in association with Gadens.

Tamara Arapovic has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of family law and providing advice at all stages of disputes from pre-action procedures through to dispute resolution, mediation and litigation.

Tamara’s no-nonsense and commercial approach to advice and representation frequently results in her clients avoiding unnecessary time, stress and expense associated with ongoing litigation.

Tamara also has extensive experience acting for clients whose matters have required litigation to trial. Her experience includes advising on matters relating to complex financial entities associated with property development and parenting matters involving parental alienation, reversal of residency and allegations of child abuse.
