Deal profile | Gadens supports the development of new office laboratory facility at Adelaide Airport

Gadens advised Barwon Investment Partners, for the Barwon Healthcare Property Fund, in relation to the acquisition of a leasehold interest of land at Adelaide Airport for the development and leasing of a purpose-built pathology warehouse and laboratory for Clinical Laboratories Pty Ltd. The Barwon Healthcare Property Fund launched in September 2014 and targets healthcare related properties such as hospitals, private specialist facilities, day surgeries & medical centres and other healthcare assets.
Gadens was engaged to advise on all property matters relating to the matters, including drafting and negotiating leasing and development and construction documentation with both Adelaide Airport and Clinical Laboratories.

The development is set to contribute to the vibrancy and growth of the precinct and will present high quality office space that complements the existing Burbridge Business Park with a modern, contemporary design aesthetic.
