With over 20 years’ experience in commercial litigation, Jasmina offers significant experience advising in relation to contractual disputes, insolvency and debt recovery with a particular focus on retail, commercial and industrial lease disputes. Jasmina has an established track record advising clients in relation to lease disputes across Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland and Western Australia. She regularly advises in relation to all aspects of management, leasing and development issues including tenant defaults and related debt recovery.

Jasmina has acted for a number of Australia’s major shopping centre owners and managers including AMP, Australian Unity, 151 Property, ISPT, Queensland Investment Corporation and Vicinity Centres.

For three consecutive years, Jasmina was nominated and selected as Best Lawyer by Best Lawyers Australia in the area of Real Property Law.
