Sharon is a professor at the Queensland University of Technology and consults exclusively for Gadens Lawyers. She is an expert in all facets of property law with a special focus on land contracts, leasing and body corporate law.
Sharon is widely regarded as one of Australia’s leading property law academics, which is further enhanced by her solid industry experience. She is the author of several of the leading texts in Queensland on aspects of property law and is also the general editor of the Australian Property Law Bulletin.

Sharon has been an active member of the Queensland Law Society’s Property and Development Law Committee since 1996, and is currently engaged by the Queensland Government to conduct a major review for the reform of Queensland property laws.
