Gadens is pleased to have advised Vacenti Aged Care (Vacenti) on the successful sale of its portfolio of seven residential aged care homes to Estia Health, a leading national aged care provider.
The portfolio comprises six operating homes located across Brisbane suburbs, Hamilton, Coorparoo, Carindale, Mount Gravatt East, Victoria Point, and Birkdale, as well as a newly developed aged care home in Cleveland. Estia Health will assume operations from mid-October 2025.
Founded and operated by the Casagrande family for over 50 years, Vacenti has been a trusted provider of aged care services in Queensland. This transaction marks a significant milestone in the family’s legacy and the continued evolution of aged care services in the region.
Gadens advised Vacenti on all legal aspects of the transaction, including due diligence, contract negotiation and structuring, and completion matters.
