It has been a turbulent start to the incoming decade as many Australian businesses have had to deal with the implications of major natural disasters and pandemics, from unprecedented bushfires to a global outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

To assist employers we have created a guide to serve as the foundation for business decisions regarding health and legal risk mitigation arising from COVID-19. This guide should not be taken as specific legal advice which should be sought for any particular issue. It should also be noted that the issue is unprecedented and many of these employment issues are therefore untested. As always, a balanced, considered and informed plan will best position employers. We are here to help.
