Therese specialises across a broad range of dispute resolution and litigation matters.

Therese regularly advises in relation to shareholder disputes including oppression matters, unfair preference actions, disputes surrounding licensing, and joint venture agreements, as well as director examinations including ones conducted by ASIC as part of broader investigations.

Therese’s vast range of experience extends to advising in relation to regulatory matters including those in respect of ATO decisions and assessments, class actions, corporations law, insolvency and bankruptcy, debt recovery and contractual disputes.
