- Acting for property developers, commercial clients, state and local governments and statutory bodies across a diverse range of property, resources and infrastructure related projects.
- Appearing in the Land Court, Planning and Environment Court, Supreme Court (including Court of Appeal) and Magistrates Court on behalf of private developer and government clients in relation to both appeal proceedings and those commenced by originating application.
- Providing front end advice to clients on a range of complex issues involving statutory interpretation, development applications, infrastructure charging remines, development compliance programs, due diligence and environmental management related matters.
