Kerry has broad litigation and advisory experience, working with clients across a range of industries including fashion, FMCG, consumer electronics, engineering, medical devices, education and manufacturing.

In particular, Kerry has a strong practice in advising clients across the full range of patent, design, trade mark, copyright and contractual disputes. She also advises clients on strategies for capturing, protecting and driving the value in their intellectual property, including through licensing, commercialisation and collaboration agreements.

Since 2020, each year Kerry has been nominated and selected as a Best Lawyer in the area of Intellectual Property Law by Best Lawyers Australia. Kerry has also been recognised as a recommended lawyer in the Doyle’s Guide listing of Leading Contentious Intellectual Property Lawyers in Victoria since 2019. As well as being recognised as a Leading Non-Contentious Intellectual Property Lawyer in 2020 with the addition of her ranking in the area of Enforcement and Litigation in 2023. In the 2022 and 2023 edition of IP Stars, Kerry was recognised as an IP Star in the area of Trade Marks. Kerry was ranked as ‘Up and Coming’ in the 2023 Chambers rankings for IP.
