Kerry is a Partner in our Intellectual Property & Technology Team. She holds undergraduate degrees in Arts and Law, as well as a Master of Laws with a specialisation in intellectual property.
Kerry has broad litigation and advisory experience, working with clients across a range of industries including fashion, FMCG, consumer electronics, engineering, medical devices, education and manufacturing.
In particular, Kerry has a strong practice in advising clients across the full range of patent, design, trade mark, copyright and contractual disputes. She also advises clients on strategies for capturing, protecting and driving the value in their intellectual property, including through licensing, commercialisation and collaboration agreements.
In the 2020 and 2021 editions of Best Lawyers Australia Kerry was nominated and selected as a Best Lawyer in the area of Intellectual Property Law. Kerry has also been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Contentious Intellectual Property Lawyer in the 2019 and 2020 editions. As well as being recognised as a Leading Non-Contentious Intellectual Property Lawyer in 2020. She has also been ranked by WTR1000 since 2020 for Prosecution and Strategy.
