Kathleen comes from a corporate background and now specialises in superannuation law, migration law, estates and trusts.
Kathleen’s superannuation experience includes advice in the areas of fund set up, trustee duties, borrowing, structuring for effective distribution of benefits on death, early release and disputes. Kathleen has been engaged as a specialist for superannuation advice and is frequently published and quoted on matters relating to self-managed superannuation funds.
Kathleen is a registered migration agent: MARN 1170534. In her migration practice, Kathleen has worked for large institutional clients, small business owners, overseas entities wanting to establish a business presence in Australia, and visa applicants. Kathleen specialises in business and investment visas, as well as work visas. In addition to giving all necessary advice to applicants and sponsors on visa applications, Kathleen also:
