Kathleen is a Partner and Pro Bono Director in our pro bono team, working across all areas of the firm in servicing the firm’s pro bono commitment. She undertakes pro bono matters and advises on pro bono work being conducted across Gadens, including in the areas of domestic violence, the environment, the arts, financial literacy and humanitarian visas.

Kathleen has been engaged as a specialist in the areas of trusts and compliance, has provided expert opinion in superannuation and migration law, and is frequently called upon to present to specialist client groups and in broader public forums. Kathleen is an ‘activist’ for a strong, constant and result driven connection between the professional services sector and the provision of legal services on a pro bono basis.
