Cameron is a results focused litigation and insolvency practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience. He is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator and has taken part in more than 350 mediations throughout his career.
Cameron has been described by his clients as being decisive, commercial-focused and proactive. They also benefit from his awareness of financial, brand and reputational risks and his strategic approach to problem solving.
He has extensive experience in farm debt mediations across Queensland and New South Wales and has worked with most Australian financial institutions and several of Australia’s major banks, including: ANZ, NAB, Bendigo & Adelaide Bank, BOQ, HSBC, Westpac and St George. He has worked with most insolvency practices in Queensland, including well known names KordaMentha, FTI Consulting, Deloitte, McGrathNicol, PPB and BDO.
His practical and commercially astute practices have seen him nominated as a Doyle’s Guide Rising Star in 2010 and recommended every year from 2010 to 2016. He is currently the Chairperson of the Queensland Law Society, Insolvency and Reconstruction Committee and Deputy Chair of the Law Council of Australia, Business Law Section, Insolvency and Reconstruction Committee.
