Craig returned to Gadens as a senior partner in the Banking and Finance group after beginning his career at the firm more than 20 years ago. In his intervening years of experience around Australia and in London, Craig has advised banks, financial institutions and major listed companies on a vast array of matters, including syndicated and bilateral debt facilities, debt capital markets transactions, project finance, and general corporate and institutional finance.
He advises major banking clients on a broad range of financing transactions in the infrastructure, mining and resources, transport, property and construction, agribusiness, energy, and general corporate sectors. His expertise also includes debt restructuring and recovery work.
Craig’s London experience includes significant work in the Eurobond debt markets and in the electricity, gaming, and renewable energy sectors. During this time he was a trusted advisor to several major UK listed companies, and he enjoys the challenge of advising corporates on their debt capital raising and other financing requirements.
Craig features regularly in professional and industry directories, most recently as a leading banking practitioner in Doyle’s Guide, in Best Lawyers for banking and finance and for structured finance, and in the IFLR 1000 as a leading lawyer in banking and debt capital markets.
