Jacqueline specialises in commercial litigation, debt recovery, insolvency advice, restructuring and banking and finance litigation, with particular experience in managed investment schemes.
She acts for receivers, banks and financial institutions throughout Australia on matters ranging from the management and sale of property and assets to proceedings for the recovery of equipment, assignment of debt and security and defending litigious actions. She also acts for insolvency practitioners on insolvency administrations and provides litigation services for commercial enterprises. Jacqueline also acts for State and Federal Government as well as corporate entities on a diverse range of matters including dispute resolution and litigation services, advising on priority disputes and undertaking various secured and unsecured recovery actions.
Jacqueline continues to act for the Court Appointed Receiver of a number of large and complex managed investment schemes, including the LM First Mortgage Income Fund and the Equititrust Income Fund. These matters have involved advising the Court Appointed Receiver on the realisation of significant development land and trading assets, as well as advising on various disputes with the responsible entities, borrowers and associated funds.
Jacqueline regularly conducts proceedings in the Supreme Court and Federal Court on behalf of financiers, insolvency practitioners and other commercial enterprises.
