Lee is a Partner in Gadens’ Disputes Group, and focuses on tax litigation and dispute resolution.

Lee advises clients on tax controversy matters, including audits, investigations, voluntary disclosures and litigation, involving corporate and international income tax, transfer pricing, indirect tax, and tax-related administrative law matters.

Lee’s experience includes leading complex tax and administrative law litigation in federal Tribunals and Courts – notable cases include:

Lee has advised on some of Australia’s most significant tax and transfer pricing audit and investigation matters, particularly in the energy and natural resources sectors, including the landmark settlement of BHP’s long-running Singapore marketing hub transfer pricing dispute.

Lee acts for a wide range of corporate and financial institution clients. He also acts for the Commonwealth of Australia.
