Natasha is a Partner in Gadens’ Property Group with experience and expertise in large commercial and retail property transactions, large commercial leasing transactions; contract and document drafting and associated negotiations and advice.

She has acted for a number of landlords in large commercial leasing transactions; preparing and negotiating the agreements for lease; leases and associated documents.

Natasha has advised a number of buyers and sellers of shopping centres, resorts and commercial buildings. She also acts for the landlords of a number of major shopping centres in Queensland and New South Wales, Victoria and commercial and industrial buildings in Queensland.

She has particular experience in vendor and purchaser due diligence, drafting contracts and related documents, negotiations, leasing transactions and general property advice.
